It allows for the validation of the proper functioning of the solutions and networks in accordance with the client's expectations, and ensures an optimal handover of the project to the client. This also includes training, which complements the acceptance process. Training enables users to understand how to effectively use the solutions and networks, based on documentation and operating and maintenance procedures.
The knowledge transfer in the field allows for the necessary autonomy to be given to the technical personnel at the client's site, enabling them to manage and maintain the solutions and networks.
